Just a one night stay here on our way to Jacksonville. Another good beach area, but then hard to compare with what we just left along the Gulf Coast!....actually still on the Gulf Coast, but then this is Florida!
We toured the area a bit in the evening and checked out King George Island after taking a long 12 Km bridge out into the Gulf. Cool area and lots more "bird houses" of various shapes and sizes! Lots of Kingfishers in the are fishing....fascinating birds to watch. Caught a group of them taking a rest on an old scow!
